Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in an administrative, medical records, or healthcare support role, Organizational and time management skills, Clear verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Nice to Have
Experience with patient management or electronic health record systems, Familiarity with patient consents and healthcare administrative forms, Basic knowledge of medical terminology, Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical support environment
What You'll Do.
Maintain complete and secure patient medical records
Partner with internal teams to ensure required patient
Work directly with patients to obtain signatures for
Review and process patient paperwork
including Assignment of
Prepare professional correspondence related to medical record requests
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Provide administrative support such as data entry
Provide administrative support such as filing
Provide administrative support such as document management
