About the Role We are looking for experienced, professional, and highly organized Virtual Medical Receptionists / Medical Administrative Assistants to support a busy U.S.-based medical practice. This role is primarily focused on: • Handling inbound and outbound patient calls • Appointment scheduling and rescheduling • Patient intake coordination • Front desk administrative support The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experienced supporting U.S.-based healthcare practices remotely.
