What You'll Do.
Facilitate patient flow
Verify medical and vision insurances
Effectively communicate with patients
Answer inquiries through phone
Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter

Thank them when they leave
Answer phones (both external and internal)
courteous service at all times
Practice urgency at all times with patients’ time
Doctor’s time and schedule
Manage patient flow in the office
Knowledge of common fees charged for common visits
Collect correct payments
Complete daily reconciliations
Countdown cash drawer
General office duties and cleaning to be assigned
