Must Have

Nice to Have
Previous hands-on experience with Charm EHR is a high priority, Prior experience working within a Functional Medicine, Integrative, or Naturopathic clinic setting is highly preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations
answering multi-line phone calls
monitoring practice emails
executing fast-paced task follow-ups
schedule patient appointments
update medical records
track daily clinical tasks with high accuracy
Facilitate the ordering and tracking of specialized functional medicine laboratory kits
process incoming medical records for provider review
Guide patients through their wellness journeys
articulate verbal instructions and support via phone and video
