Nice to Have
Associate Degree, Previous PSR experience, Knowledge of medical office and terminology, Previous experience with Standard Office Technology in a Window based environment, Experience with EHR, Practice Management System and Departmental/Ancillary Systems
What You'll Do.
Maintain efficient patient flow
Answer telephone promptly
Inform patients of schedule delays
Post self pay charges and collect payments
Reconcile daily payments and batches
Scan insurance card and process verifications
Update patient information
Schedule appointments accurately
Schedule and enter orders for diagnostic tests
Complete referrals according to guidelines
Communicate problems to Office Supervisor
