# **Become a part of our caring community** As a receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Manager, Clinic/Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others. As a Receptionist, you'll: * Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. * Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow. * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems. * Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed. * Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy. * Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized. * Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination. **Required Qualifications :** * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered * Convey information and maintain a positive, tone during calls * Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow * Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization * Experience improving patient care and experience * This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire. Value-based care model experience * Knowledge of Medical Terminology * Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) * Bilingual in English and Spanish # **Use your skills to make an impact** You will report to the Center Administrator Location: 875 Military Trail
