Must Have
Graduate of approved training program in Radiography, Current registration with CMRTO, Knowledge, skills, and judgment per CMRTO Essential Competencies, Ability to organize work, set priorities, manage time, Produce accurate results autonomously or as team player, Excellent problem recognition and problem solving skills, Meet patient/staff needs efficiently, Maintain positive role within department, Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Handle stress and conflict management professionally, Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, Meet physical demands of position, Satisfactory employment and attendance record
Nice to Have
CT training, IV insertion skills/certificate, CT Imaging courses
What You'll Do.
Perform Computed Tomography imaging procedures
Ensure efficient and safe workflow
Produce CT images of highest diagnostic quality
Provide exemplary patient care
Prepare written and electronic reports
Organize and prioritize work flow
Collaborate with patient care units
Collaborate with physicians
Collaborate with external departments
Collaborate with other imaging modalities
Participate in QC and QA programs
Operate medical imaging equipment
Troubleshoot medical imaging equipment
Ensure equipment is functioning properly
Contribute to teaching programs
Contribute to training programs
Contribute to educational research
Contribute to safety programs
Contribute to quality improvement programs
Observe organizational policies
