Full Job Description
As a Medical Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers within our network, ensuring adequate coverage and high-quality service for our members. You will support provider onboarding, coordinate contracting activities, monitor network performance, and address provider-related inquiries and issues. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and healthcare providers to optimize network efficiency, ensure compliance with company standards, and contribute to the continuous development of our healthcare provider network. ### Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed and met. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and support. * Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services. * Monitor account performance, evaluate client satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement or growth. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. * Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients regarding service delivery and performance metrics. * Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field . * 1–3 years of experience in Medical Network, Provider Relations, or Contracting within a TPA or insurance company. * Strong understanding of healthcare provider networks and insurance operations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
