What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS) or PhD in Laboratory Medicine / Clinical Pathology / Diagnostics or related laboratory disciplines, with a background in medical diagnostics, 8–12+ years of experience in Medical Marketing, Medical Affairs, Diagnostics, MedTech, Diagnostics assays (preferably Chemistry & Immunoassay), Clinical interpretation and discrepancy management, Strategic marketing and product lifecycle management, Cross-functional and people leadership, Solid understanding of diseases area, immunoassay, testing algorithm, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Chemistry & Immunoassay portfolios, Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS) or PhD in relevant laboratory disciplines
What You'll Do.
Responsible for Medical Marketing of all products
Work closely with Commercial team
Collaborate closely with Application Specialists
Act as medical authority and strategic partner
Drive Strategic Marketing and Product Lifecycle Management
Work closely with Area and Global Marketing
Drive medical and scientific aspects of assigned assays
Serve as scientific and medical authority
Demonstrate understanding of disease areas
Monitor and interpret clinical guidelines
Develop and execute medical marketing strategies
Translate complex clinical and scientific data
Support assay positioning in result discrepancy cases
Monitor new products launching
Lead and develop a team of marketing
Provide strategic direction
and performance management
Guide Product Managers in developing marketing strategies
Oversee product planning activities
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Lead and support medical education activities
Support commercial and tender activities
Enable effective commercial execution
Act as medical lead in managing product-related inquiries
Collaborate cross-functionally with Service
Work closely with Marketing
Contribute to capability building
