What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current registration with College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario, 3 - 5 years in a "core lab" environment, Working knowledge of Biochemistry, Working knowledge of Hematology, Working knowledge of Transfusion Medicine, Familiar with routine automated equipment, Ability to work effectively as a collaborative member of a team, Ability to work independently during off hours, Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English, Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, Satisfactory employment and attendance record required
Nice to Have
Patient centered care experience, Experience in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, Ready to drive change and innovation, Good communication skills with a clear patient focus, Ability to manage execution, Foster teamwork and cooperation
