More than 2,500 team members at more than 70 Tidelands Health locations bring our healing mission to life each day. **A Brief Overview** The Medical Laboratory Technician will perform routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. **What you will do** * Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and immunology. * Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or clinical staff about abnormal results. * Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping. * Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
