**Position Summary** You will lead the team's medical governance activities in Mexico to ensure our medical work is safe, compliant and fit for purpose. You will partner with medical, commercial and legal teams to identify and manage risks. You will help shape and improve processes, train colleagues and support audit readiness. These responsibilities include some of the following: \- Lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation for medical activities and scientific engagement. \- Maintain and improve governance processes, policies and standard operating procedures. \- Design and run management monitoring activities, track findings and drive corrective and preventive actions. \- Provide practical governance advice for projects, external expert interactions and medical review of materials. \- Support audit and inspection readiness, and act as the local lead for internal and external reviews. \- Build training materials and deliver training on governance standards to colleagues and partners. **Why You?
