Must Have
University degree in science, pharmacy, or health sciences, Fluent English, 4–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs functions, Proven experience designing, implementing, and harmonizing medical governance and operational processes, Demonstrated capability in audit readiness, managing audit findings, and implementing corrective actions, Experience with field medical excellence programs, capability building, and KPI tracking, Solid background in evidence generation, including observational studies, RWE programs, and vendor management, Analytical skills with the ability to interpret evidence and drive data-driven decisions, Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority, Experience working with regional and international medical organizations and governance forums

The Medical Governance, Evidence & Operations Manager leads and oversees country-level medical governance, evidence generation, medical operations, and medical customer and field excellence activities to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, scientific rigor, and operational excellence across all Medical Affairs activities. The role ensures that governance, evidence, and medical excellence operate as a cohesive unit delivering patient- and customer-centric, compliant, and efficient outcomes. **Job Description** ## Key responsibilities: * Ensuring **end to end medical governance** , including adherence to Novartis' good practices, local regulations, global standards, and audit requirements.
