Must Have
Proven track record in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, Experience in KOL engagement, medical education, and scientific communication, Demonstrated success in developing and executing medical strategies, scientific and clinical expertise with the ability to interpret and communicate complex medical data, Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse scientific and business audiences, Strategic thinking with the ability to translate medical insights into actionable plans, Collaborative approach to cross-functional partnership across commercial, regulatory, and access functions, relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and scientific societies, Fluency in Polish and English

preferably in the respiratory/COPD therapeutic area

Drive medical education and scientific engagement
Build and sustain key stakeholder relationships
Develop and execute local Medical Affairs strategy
Support research and clinical trial activities
Partner cross-functionally across the business
Organise advisory boards and scientific meetings
Lead medical review and approval activities
