Must Have
University degree in life sciences, 1+ years experience in editing scientific information, Demonstrated experience in line editing, copyediting, and proofreading, Experience building and quality-checking references/annotations for evidence-based claims, Experience in support of review workflows, including documented change tracking, versioning, and preparing final deliverables, Ability to review and correct scientific data presentation (tables/figures) and ensure consistency within and/or across materials
Nice to Have
advanced degree preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent), Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done, Working knowledge of promotional guidance (e. g. , PAAB, OPDP/FDA, Health Canada), Experience with document-control or review platforms (e. g. , Veeva Vault, SharePoint), Experience editing digital/omnichannel deliverables (web, email/CRM, social) with readability and accessibility considerations, Agency or in-house medical communications experience supporting multiple brands, indications, or concurrent timelines

The Medical Editor collaborates with multiple partners within the organization, including Medical Strategy, Creative, Project Management, and Client Services across multiple deliverables and timelines.
