At VCA, the future of veterinary medicine is in our hands. _Why join the VCA Northboro team_ * 9 Full-time and Part-time doctors on staff with an experienced support staff (multiple doctors with 15+ years with VCA Northboro) * Located on busy route 20 in Northboro; Well established in community with a strong existing client base; Our Medical Director is also well known in community * Strong management team with established HM, Medical Director, Client Service * Participate in shelter and rescue exam/discounted programs to continue to improve new client growth and revenues; working to develop further shelter partnerships * Hands-free And Frear Free * AHAA * Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship _Schedule_ * Hospital Hours/Doctor Appointment hours: * Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-8pm/8am-7:30pm * Friday: 7:30am-7pm/8:00am-6:30pm * Saturday: 8am-4pm/8:00am-3:30pm * Sunday: 8am-4pm/8:00am-3:30pm _Cases_ * Small Animal (No Exotics) _Who we look for_ * People obsessed with pets and their care * Dedicated experts who want to provide world-class medicine * Collaborators who enjoy teaching others and working as a team * Curious lifelong learners who want to grow and thrive for a dynamic and fulfilling career * Empathetic partners who develop strong client and Associate relationships built on trust _Total Rewards_ As a member of the VCA family, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: Compensation * Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
