What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant qualification (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Lab Scientist, or related clinical field), Exposure to clinical coding systems (ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm), Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of data, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, Digitally proficient, with experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment, Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver within strict deadlines, Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows and structured digital tools, Availability for the full duration of the 2-week project, including weekends, Commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity
What You'll Do.
standardising and validating records using AI-assisted tools
validate a target of a minimum of 3
Validate laboratory and diagnostic data using LOINC coding standards
Correct errors in AI-generated suggestions via the dedicated data portal
Map and validate medication data using RxNorm standards
Review and correct AI-generated pharmacy-related patient records
Assign and validate ICD-10 diagnostic codes
Review and refine prediction engine outputs for clinical accuracy
Perform a mandatory 25% audit of all daily record batches
Oversee quality assurance across specialist outputs
Resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
