Our mission is to advance the health and wellbeing of our communities as a leader in clinical laboratory solutions. **** **Location: Dallas, Texas** **Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM** **Days: Monday - Friday** **(With oversite of a 24/7 Facility)** **Full Time/Benefit Eligible** **In this role, you will:** * Perform a vital part of the patient care process by leading logistics and distribution operations of the laboratory. * Support the Operations Manager with organizational goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees. * Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability. * Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service. * Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. **All you need is:** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years. * Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision. * Physical capability of regular standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50lbs). **Bonus points if you’ve got:** * Completion of some college level courses. * Previous supervisory experience. **We’ll give you:** * Appreciati
