Must Have

At least 5 years of experience writing/editorial position or similar roles within online medical media, Exceptional writing & editing skills, experience with multiple content formats and digital tools to facilitate efficient content production, analysis, and management, Deep understanding of content reader’s behavior insights & needs, Demonstrated experience in developing high-quality content, Great attention to detail, ability to work within tight deadlines, Foundational knowledge of content SEO principles, Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment, Medical or pharmacy-related professional background

Nice to Have

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a huge plus, Master’s Degree preferred, portfolio of published content, intended to drive customer acquisition, Have esthetics taste and ability to understand the products / Therapeutic Area position and creative vision, Experience in at-scale production preferred

Manage online content production and operation

Create exceptional content experiences

Develop HCP-facing online content plan

Develop patient-facing online content plan

Understand reader insights and adjust content plan

Lead and manage agencies and editors

Establish end-to-end process of content production

Build a built-in quality control system

Monitor and plan relevant content

Participate in content operation strategies

Explore innovative content production models

Make sure content production activities comply with standards

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordination and partnership within Customer Innovation; Coordination with Business Units; Coordination with Medical Affairs; Coordination with Medical Information; Coordination with Channel Enablement Team; Coordination with Digital; Coordination with Compliance; Work closely within Innovation Center with BU Digital Leads; Work closely within Innovation Center with Patient Leads; Work closely within Innovation Center with MKT; Engage with key stakeholders

Communication Scope

Excellent oral and written communications capabilities; presentation skills; communication skills

Process & Methodology

Manage agencies and editors, unify content from various contributors, ensure deliverables are on time, ensure deliverables are within budget, manage the key points of content production
