Must Have
At least 5 years of experience writing/editorial position or similar roles within online medical media, Exceptional writing & editing skills, experience with multiple content formats and digital tools to facilitate efficient content production, analysis, and management, Deep understanding of content reader’s behavior insights & needs, Demonstrated experience in developing high-quality content, Great attention to detail, ability to work within tight deadlines, Foundational knowledge of content SEO principles, Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment, Medical or pharmacy-related professional background
Nice to Have
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a huge plus, Master’s Degree preferred, portfolio of published content, intended to drive customer acquisition, Have esthetics taste and ability to understand the products / Therapeutic Area position and creative vision, Experience in at-scale production preferred

Full Job Description
**Job Summary:** * The Medical Content Operation Manager will be responsible for managing several priority TA’s online content production and operation across the online content whole lifecycle, thus creating exceptional content experiences to meet not only external HCP and patient’s needs, but also satisfy internal user’s expectation. * Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Customer Innovation, with Business Units, Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Channel Enablement Team, Digital, Compliance, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Work closely within Innovation Center with BU Digital Leads, Patient Leads and MKT, understand companywide and BU-level innovative GTM strategies, and content strategy for designated TA. * Develop best fit HCP-facing online content plan based on business objectives and content strategy to provide exceptional medical content experience, thus making every touch point with HCP count. * Develop patient-facing online content plan based on patient solution’s objective and content strategy to provide best contest experience to fulfill patient’s needs. * Continuously understand reader insights and adjust content plan accordingly, ensure the agile content delivery best match with reader’s needs & industry changing trend. * Lead and manage the agencies and editors and unify content from various contributors to ensure every piece of content lines up with content strategy, and deliverables are on time, and within budget. * Establish end-to-end process of content production in multiple types (incl. articles, graphic, videos, etc.) to ensure excellent execution. * Build a built-in quality control system and manage the key points of content production, as a high-level pair of eyes on each piece of content ensure accuracy and consistency. * Monitor and plan relevant content based on certain industry-spreading topics, including topic selection and material collection and extraction, and engage with key stakeholders
