Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent required, Training or related experience required, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, CCMA certification required, CMA certification required, RMA certification required, NCMA certification required, NRCMA certification required, LPN or RN certification required, EMT certification required, CNA certification required

Nice to Have

Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program preferred, 1+ years Medical Assistant experience preferred, Urgent care experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Teach technical skill competencies

Evaluate team members' skills

Conduct center orientation

Train team members on competencies

Host Learning Coach Workshop

Complete Airtable compliance documentation

Invest time with team members

Ensure schedule flexibility

Provide in-center coaching

Offer hands-on training

Ensure competence validation

Collaborate with Training Specialists

Support market operation training needs

Assist in maintaining Airtable compliance

Upload Core Competency Checklist

Submit Competency Evaluation

Maintain team member evaluation feedback

Track Core Competency Checklist completion

Submit e-form for completion

Provide feedback on performance

Travel to new hire locations

Work operationally when no training

Provide training support nationally

Attend operations/learning meetings

Conduct patient registration

Secure paperwork and insurance

Verify insurance and eligibility

Schedule patient appointments

Coordinate provider referrals

Answer patient questions

Inform technical staff of patient flow

Prepare patients for examination

Conduct preliminary physical tests

Escalate critical cases

Conduct point of care testing

Provide patient information to provider

Complete order sheets

Maintain supply inventory

Check expiration dates

Maintain medical records

Scan charts to patient files

Collect and sort correspondence

Maintain reception area

Conduct courtesy call-backs

Perform and document daily controls

Maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs

Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns

Perform preventive maintenance

Submit repair tickets

Perform other patient care responsibilities
