What You'll Do.
Supervise Medical Assistants
Manage integrated health services
Perform personnel actions
Ensure staff competency
Conduct 1:1 supervisions
Provide feedback and coaching
Set clear expectations
Evaluate staff performance
Monitor environment of care
Ensure training completion
Manage punctuality and attendance
Ensure policy adherence
Utilize Visual Management Board
Communicate staffing information
Communicate scheduling adjustments
Co-lead discipline meetings
Participate in team meetings
Maintain professional work environment
Create collaborative climate
Ensure collaboration of care
Communicate with patients
Communicate with team members
Communicate with community partners
Share pertinent information
Problem-solve with leadership
Bring personnel issues to supervisors
