About the role This is a non clinical, remote healthcare role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work and real exposure to healthcare operations. You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.
