Full Job Description

The Medical Assistant will work closely with the physician to support clinical operations while ensuring a seamless, comfortable experience for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered, high-touch environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized care.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Patient Care & Experience - Provide warm, professional, and discreet patient interactions at all times - Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and privacy - Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships - Assist with patient intake, including medical histories, vitals, and documentation - Support concierge-level service, including personalized follow-ups and coordination of care Clinical Support - Assist the physician during gynecologic exams and minor procedures - Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain exam rooms to high standards - Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic lab processing (if applicable) - Administer injections and medications as directed - Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Administrative Duties - Coordinate scheduling with an emphasis on flexibility and patient convenience - Manage patient communications via phone, email, and secure messaging - Handle prescription refills and prior authorizations - Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies - Assist with care coordination, referrals, and follow-up appointments Practice Support - Uphold the standards of a concierge model, including responsiveness and attention to detail - Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance - Contribute to a calm, organized, and welcoming clinic environment     QUALIFICATIONS - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical training preferred - 2+ years of experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or a concierge/private practice setting - Strong interpersonal and communicati
