Register patients in EMR
Verify patient information
Obtain health insurance information
Conduct eligibility checks
Schedule patient appointments
Schedule patient visits in other practices
Perform pre-visit planning
Perform outreach to patient groups
Inform manager of supply needs
Assist with ordering supplies
Obtain prior authorizations
Obtain insurance referrals
