Together with DocGo's integrated Ambulnz medical transport services, DocGo is bridging the gap between physical and virtual care. **Position Overview : ** * You will be providing DocGo services in New York City by monitoring and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses. * Each day, you will drive to patients’ homes to provide patient care. * While at a patient’s home, engage in guided assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare system * Throughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our EMR system * You will be practicing
