Must Have
3 years related practical work experience, RMA, CCMA, or CMA certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) current or within 6 months of hire date, Demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge, Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment, Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethic, and professionalism, Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, Highly motivated and goal-oriented, Problem-solving skills, Able to work independently and as collaborative team member, Exceptional interpersonal skills, Excellent computer skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Exhibits a positive, team-oriented attitude, Available to work outside of scheduled hours when needed, Ability and willingness to travel locally or overnight occasionally

What You'll Do.
Provide subject matter instruction
Teach assigned classes
Perform administrative functions related to teaching
Create a welcoming environment conducive to learning
Assist in developing curriculum
Assist in preparing course materials
Assist in class scheduling
Assist in maintaining tools and equipment
Maintain a neat and orderly classroom or lab
Establish and maintain academic records
Establish and maintain attendance records
Submit attendance records
Submit student evaluations
Submit all other reports/documentation
Notify Supervisor of current issues
Notify Supervisor of potential issues
Utilize proven retention techniques
Complete performance-based teacher education modules
Attend in-service training
Conduct in-service training
Attend faculty meetings
Conduct faculty meetings
Attend other mandatory meetings
Conduct other mandatory meetings
Assist with department equipment inventory
Assist with department supplies inventory
Submit replenishment requests
Alert Supervisor to student absences
Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor
