Can perform assigned tasks under the delegation of a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant. **Experience** * No minimum experience required **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year experience in pediatrics, including obtaining vitals, assisting clinical staff with patient care, phlebotomy, and specimen collection procedures **Education** * High school diploma or equivalent * Successful completion of a medical assistant training program from an accredited school or a formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces or a practical, diploma, associate, or baccalaureate nursing program **Certification Summary** * Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from American Association of Medical Assistants, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologists, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from National Healthcareer Association, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) from N
