Escort patients to examination
Assist patients with completion of forms
Become familiar with clinic computer hardware and software
Use computer hardware and software according to company
Schedule appointments
Accommodate patient appointment needs
Reschedule appointments
Perform clerical work
Comply with patient needs
Ensure all questions are answered
Maintain procedure rooms
Ensure procedure rooms are neat
Ensure procedure rooms are ready for use
Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures
Prepare patients before procedures
Clean up after procedures
Ensure patient receipt of post-procedure instructions
Provide information on how to obtain medication
Monitor supply levels
Replace supplies as needed
Assist ultrasound staff
Perform additional duties as assigned
