Conduct patient registration
Secure required paperwork
Secure insurance documentation
Verify patient eligibility
Schedule patient appointments
Coordinate provider referrals
Answer patient questions
Inform technical staff
Prepare patients for examination
Verify patient information
Confirm purpose of visit
Perform preliminary physical tests
Escalate critical cases
Conduct point of care testing
Provide patient information
Complete order sheets
Maintain supply inventory
Check expiration dates
Maintain medical records
Scan charts to patient files
Collect postal correspondence
Sort postal correspondence
Ensure reception is maintained
Conduct courtesy callbacks
Perform opening duties
