Prepares examination room
Escorts patient into room
Cleans examination room
Maintains efficient patient flow
Ensures proper preparation for visits
Prepares pertinent information for visits
Answers telephone appropriately
Directs calls and/or takes messages
Schedules appointments accurately
Stocks examination rooms
Assists in ordering supplies
Reconciles encounters daily
Communicates problems to Supervisor
Performs within scope of practice
Reviews and updates medication list
Documents allergies in EHR
Enters orders in PMS and EHR
Schedules appointments in PMS and EHR
Provides referrals in PMS and EHR
Adheres to safety precautions
Maintains proficiency with equipment
Troubleshoots equipment
Reports equipment malfunctions
Facilitates transition of care
Demonstrates flexibility with schedules
Recognizes and performs duties
Provide scribing services
