Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists. * Utilize Electronic Medical Record system * Assists physicians by performing administrative and clinical duties * Interviews patients to obtain their medical history. * Records patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files. * Cleans and sterilize medical equipment and instruments. * Assists physicians during examination by handing over instruments and materials. * Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations. * Demonstrate a commitment to maintain work practices that comply with established office policies and procedures. * Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and peers. * Oversee and ensure that patient's needs are met and that patients are served in an efficient and patient-friendly manner * Respond to staff doctor needs before, during, and after patient exam * Answer incoming telephone calls, greet and check in patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner ## Qualifications * Excellent computer skills * Ability to work with confidential information and under pressure * Strong communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Demonstrates initiative * Team player Job Type: * Full-time – Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm * Pay rate starting at $20/hr, based on experience Experience: * Minimum: 1 to 5 years of work experience in a medical setting * Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Record EHR * Flexibility to travel to satellite clinics on occasion with travel reimbursements Education: * High School Diploma is required ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
