Must Have
Experience in Project Management, Medical Affairs operations, project coordination, or similar operational support roles, Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and workflow‑mapping tools (e. g. , Visio/Miro) to plan, track, and manage timelines and operational activities effectively., organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy., Proficiency in documentation, SOP creation, and maintaining structured records., Ability to develop professional, well‑designed slide decks (PowerPoint) and operational reports., Excellent communication skills with stakeholder coordination capabilities., Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast‑paced environment., analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset

What You'll Do.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
including candidate coordination
and onboarding of new hires (FTEs

Improve project management efficiency through the creation
and maintenance of project trackers
and progress dashboards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients

and provide ongoing support while working primarily in US time zones.
Collaborate with the MA team to project timelines for project completion and ensure deliverables are monitored and met.
Develop and maintain internal SOPs
and operational guidelines to enhance MA efficiency.
