What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, or scientific degree, Experience within a Medical Affairs role in the pharmaceutical industry, Proven experience analysing, interpreting, and communicating complex scientific data, ability to build credibility and relationships with external experts, Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, High level of integrity with ethical judgement, Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in a therapeutic area, Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, Flexibility for field-based work, travel, and occasional evening meetings
Nice to Have
PhD, Knowledge of pharmaceutical medical, regulatory, and marketing processes, Experience engaging and moderating discussions with healthcare professionals, Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas

Capture actionable insights and feed them back into brand and medical strategy
Respond to unsolicited medical information requests

Provide robust scientific input into brand planning
and strategic initiatives
Contribute to the development and optimisation of local operational brand strategies
Deliver medical training and upskilling to the commercial organisation
Review and approve promotional materials
Support clinical operations
including site selection activities
Lead the design and execution of strategic medical affairs projects
Manage project timelines
and performance metrics (KPIs)
Drive real-world evidence generation
Organise and lead advisory boards
and scientific events
Collaborate with KEEs to co-create impactful initiatives and evidence-building activities
Build and sustain long-term
