Full Job Description
# MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES * Develop and lead the implementation of the medical strategy for their respective products. * Liaise and engage with key external stakeholders such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical/HCP associations, and regulatory bodies for advocacy and relationship building in alignment with Pfizer policies. * Focus on insight generation through HCP interactions and translate these into medical strategies to meet the needs of customers. * Support partnerships with country stakeholders (such as medical societies, government, academic institutions, KOLs) to implement key programs to improve the quality of healthcare. * Collaborate with commercial and other relevant colleagues to support business strategies. * Review and approve the scientific communication and materials * Lead the development and implementation of local data generation programs including the ones with regulatory requirements (wherever applicable) and other research programs, including real-world data generation and outcomes research. * Work with regulatory team to support the regulatory data generation requirements (e.g., NIS, Post-marketing surveillance studies, and other clinical trials for regulatory submissions). * Ensure 100% compliance to all the trainings and MAPP requirements for medical initiatives. * Provide medical and product expertise towards registration of new products/indications with federal/state regulatory authorities. * Review labelling documents for pipeline/local products per relevant SOPs. * Support the sales force training with medical expertise. **REQUIRED SKILL SET** * Medical Degree, Degree in Medical Sciences or degree in management post medical degree.
