How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support the medical team to maintain a direct line of bidirectional collaboration with the GMA lead of the product; Work cross-functionally within the Brand Team; Work closely with Marketing colleagues; Coordinate with the Scientific & Capability Development Department; Contribute to the correct implementation of Risk Mitigation Plans, in collaboration with Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory; Partner closely with the Field Medical/MSL team
Communication Scope
Communicators; Respond to Sales Delegates questions regarding scientific and technical information; Project the corporate image and values of AZ in both internal and external interactions; Share knowledge with internal stakeholders; Provide ongoing training and scientific updates; Ensure consistent, compliant scientific exchange
Process & Methodology
Contribute to the design of the drug's medical scientific plan, in accordance with strategic guidelines and budget, Support the development, monitoring and execution of the Medical Plan for the product, Plan national medical-scientific activities through a development plan with External Experts and Scientific Societies, Contribute to the evaluation of ESR study proposals according to the pre-established strategic plan, Work alongside more senior colleagues to ensure that all projects you participate in meet medical requirements, Work cross-functionally within the Brand Team to contribute to the development of the Brand Plan, Support the preparation of key documents, Coordinate with the Scientific & Capability Development Department to deliver training actions to the sales network, Collaborate in the appropriate implementation of educational non-promotional medical projects, Contribute to the correct implementation of Risk Mitigation Plans, Plan and execute scientific engagements, Support start-up, conduct, and dissemination for data generation, Deliver Medical Plan milestones on time and quality
