Must Have
Professional in Health Sciences, Business Administration or related fields, Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), More than 3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, Leading Market Access and Public Policy roles, Deep understanding of the Peruvian-Ecuadorian health system, its regulations, and relevant stakeholders, Strategic and systemic vision, Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire through collaborative leadership
Nice to Have
Additional studies or specialization in Health Economics and Public Policy, Proven track record in agile methodologies, Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
What You'll Do.
Lead access and public policy strategy for Roche Diagnostics portfolio
Design and execute Access Plan for high medical value products
Anticipate market trends for innovative value propositions
Build strategic relationships with KOLs
and government authorities
Develop mapping of key actors and target institutions
Analyze patient journey to identify clinical priorities
Implement health economics tools and cost-benefit models
Act as the main scientific expert for the portfolio
Disseminate clinical evidence through publications
Translate patient and professional needs into business strategies
Work synergistically with commercial
