Role Summary and Impact We are looking for a Media Solutions Engagement Manager to join our team. This is a senior hybrid role that combines strategic programmatic leadership with high-impact client engagement and solution advocacy. You will lead programmatic planning, execution, analysis, and insights across WPP Media, while owning and driving strong relationships with WPP agencies and clients. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team culture. We are looking for a confident leader with a proactive mindset, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Skills and Experience Responsibilities of the role: Programmatic Strategy & Leadership: Lead and oversee the strategic use of platforms including Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, Google Analytics, and others. Serve as an internal subject matter expert in Programmatic Buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, and advanced audience targeting strategies.
