The Media Planning Coordinator supports the development and execution of digital media plans that help life sciences brands connect meaningfully with healthcare audiences. Working closely with Planning, Media Operations, and Analytics, this role contributes to accurate, well-structured campaigns across channels. The position is well-suited to someone early in their media career who is detail-oriented and eager to learn how media planning works in a regulated, data-driven environment. What You’ll Do * Support the development of media plans by compiling research, audience insights, and channel recommendations across search, display, video, email, and mobile platforms * Prepare and maintain planning documents, budgets, and media flowcharts using tools such as Excel and internal planning systems * Coordinate with Media Operations to support campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing across buying platforms * Assist with campaign reportin
