What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum 5 years experience in media planning, with a focus on managing complex, multi-channel and multi-country campaigns, Proven ability to work with media buying agencies and coordinate implementation at scale, Advanced numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and extract meaningful insights, Expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualisation (e. g. Excel, dashboards, reporting tools), High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously, understanding of digital and offline media ecosystems, including social, programmatic, display, video, and traditional channels, Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly brief, align, and manage multiple stakeholders, Ability to translate complex data and media concepts into clear, actionable recommendations, problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-demand environments, Have the legal right to work in Belgium, or be eligible for sponsorship on a case-by-case basis, Be physically located in Belgium by Day 1 of employment (or shortly before your start date)
