What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Affiliate Operations, or Revenue Operations within a digital or technology-driven company, experience with automation and integration platforms (Workato, Zapier), CRM platforms (HubSpot), generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar), Proven, hands-on experience building AI-powered tools and automations, Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents for operational use cases, Familiarity with platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Make, n8n, or similar, track record of reducing manual work through automation you personally designed and shipped, Experience using sales and affiliate platforms, aptitude for system configuration and advanced troubleshooting, Demonstrated experience with complex tracking and attribution models, technical fluency with cross-system workflows, integrations, and data flows between CRM, tracking systems, BI, finance, and partner platforms, Advanced analytical capabilities to independently analyze performance data and translate insights into structural improvements, Experience building knowledge bases to support automation, partner enablement, and operational scalability, Ability to validate data, write basic SQL queries to investigate discrepancies, Proven ability to design processes alongside Product, Data, and Engineering teams, excellent communication skills to translate between business, technical, and finance stakeholders, ownership mindset, structured working style, high attention to detail
