What You'll Do.
Analyze the performance of creative assets across various platforms (Meta
etc.) to identify winning patterns and elements.
Evaluate creative components such as hooks
and CTAs to determine their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR
Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that focus specifically on creative efficacy.
Translate media performance data into creative "lessons learned" and actionable creative briefs for future production.
Develop and manage a robust creative testing roadmap
including A/B testing and multivariate testing protocols.
Provide data-backed recommendations for creative iterations and optimizations.
Oversee the metadata tagging process for creative assets to ensure granular data collection and analysis.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between the Media/Data teams and the Creative/Production teams.; Collaborate with the Creative/Pencil Lead to integrate AI-driven insights into the creative workflow.; Participate in regular cross-departmental syncs to align creative production with media buying strategies.; Educate the creative team on performance metrics and how their work impacts the bottom line.
