At Entain, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and Finance underpins the commercial decisions that drive performance, sustainable growth, and world-class customer experiences. **Your Impact ** As a Media Coordinator, you’ll support the Media Manager and work closely with the wider media, agency, and marketing teams to deliver seamless and effective campaigns across key entertainment and wagering brands in New Zealand. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing campaigns, while acting as the link between internal teams, external partners, and advertising assets to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time. **A Day in the Life** * Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activity across all media channels. * Support the Media Manager with budget planning and allocation across campaigns. * Act as a key point of contact with the media agency. * Maintain master schedules to ensure accurate coordination of messaging, specifications, and creative assets. * Monitor and report on media performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered as planned. * Partner closely with Brand teams to align on campaign messaging and ensure media activity reflects priorities. **Your Strengths ** * 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, media, or communications roles (in-house or agency). * Hands-on experience in trafficking and executing traditional and digital media campaigns across multiple channels. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace. * Experience with campaign tracking, tagging, and QA processes for digital media
