What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of YouTube, SEM, Facebook/PMDs, and/or Programmatic/Trading Desks buying and execution experience, 1+ years of YouTube AdWords video auction experience, Knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs, interpersonal communication skills in-person, on the phone, or virtually, Proactive in catching issues and creating solutions before they escalate, Creative and solution-oriented individual who can also be resourceful, A self-directed professional who understands client needs and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline, Highly organized and detail-oriented professional, Collaborative individual who can work in a team and independently, Possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics

Specifically… • Flawlessly create and launch video campaigns across multiple platforms, including and not limited to YouTube, Google Video Partners, Facebook, etc. • Provide ongoing campaign management, ensuring optimal performance and delivery, constantly exceeding KPI expectations • Troubleshoot pixels/tags
