**Pareto Publishing** is a fast-growing email-marketing company with an engaged subscriber base of 8 million+, helping financial and investment brands reach the right audience at scale. To power our lead-acquisition engine, we're looking for an experienced **Media Buyer** to drive email lead generation across the finance and investment space — sourcing high-quality investor leads and scaling campaigns across every paid channel! :) This is a highly performance-oriented role with clear metrics tied to lead quality, volume, and acquisition cost — perfect for someone who lives and breathes the numbers. **Key Responsibilities 🔑** * Purchase and manage email lead-generation campaigns from publishers, newsletter operators, and lead providers. * Identify, negotiate, and optimize direct media-buying opportunities across the finance and investment space. * Build and scale campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, native platforms, and other paid channels — including retargeting to maximize conversions. * Optimize relentlessly for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and ROI through audience, creative, and landing-page testing. * Manage budgets, allocate spend by performance, and partner with sales and ops to keep lead quality on target. **Requirements 📋** * 3+ years in media buying, performance marketing, or lead generation. * Proven lead-gen results in financial services, investing, fintech, insurance, or related verticals. * Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube, plus building and optimizing retargeting campaigns. * Solid grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and analytics platforms. * Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills. * Experience purchasing leads or negotiating direct media buys with publishers and list owners strongly preferred. * Existing relationships with finance, investment, or business newsletter publishers highly desirable. * Knowledge of compliance and advertising regulations
