Full Job Description
## Accountabilities You will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and refining media and broadcasting scenarios that support AI benchmarking across editorial, production, and digital content workflows. Design realistic media and broadcasting scenarios reflecting newsroom operations, production workflows, and digital content environments Adapt and structure evaluation rubrics for editorial quality, production accuracy, and communication effectiveness Review AI and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, cultural relevance, and operational realism Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in journalism, broadcasting, and media production Ensure contextual accuracy across target language media environments, including regional and cultural nuances Support continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks used in AI training and benchmarking tasks Requirements: You are an experienced media or broadcasting professional with strong knowledge of editorial workflows, production processes, and content creation standards. 5+ years of professional experience in media, broadcasting, journalism, content production, publishing, or audiovisual operations Background in roles such as journalist, video editor, producer, broadcast operator, or media manager Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production pipelines, and media communication standards Ability to assess factual accuracy, editorial quality, and operational feasibility in media-related scenarios Native-level proficiency in the target language with strong professional English skills Familiarity with newsroom environments, digital media platforms, or broadcast production systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when evaluating content quality Benefits: Fully remote contractor role with flexible working hours Freedom to choose workload and schedule independently Competitive compensation with fast and reliable payment processes Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge A
