Full Job Description

Manulife is embarking on a journey to build a Centre of Excellence for Global Digital Marketing, which will fuel our bold ambition to become a digital customer leader. The function brings together Measurement & Insights (M&I) and Demand Generation (Demand Gen), resulting in a comprehensive, full-funnel approach designed to drive tailored customer journeys powered by connected data, that raises brand awareness, drives quality traffic, generates leads, secures sales, and fosters brand loyalty. We are looking for an innovative, analytical, and curious Media Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic and growing global team and help us in our digital transformation and data democratization journey. Reporting to the Manager of Media Analytics, the Media Analyst is responsible for both contributing to, and owning production of high-quality insights from marketing campaign data and turning these into actionable recommendations for marketers and Demand Generation team across segments and LOBs. You will both propose various analysis initiatives, and ensure that the regular deliverables—such as post-campaign reports, quarterly business reviews, and case studies—meet our business needs. For this role, you will need to have a strong statistical intuition, familiarity with relational data, digital media and analytics platforms such as: Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, and Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI. You will also need familiarity with the digital marketing space, which includes knowledge of media, and of digital analytics in general.
