Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Provide personal care to residents
Provide general nursing care
Ensure delivery of care and services
Supervise self-administered medication
Count and sign narcotics
Order necessary medication
Notify supervisor of low supply
Receive and verify medication
Store medications properly
Date medication vials
Inspect medications weekly
Remove expired medications
Compare MARs at change over
Remove discontinued medication
Provide incontinence care
Provide eating assistance
Measure blood pressure
Document information in daily log
Notify supervisor of concerns
Answer resident calls
Assist residents with needs
Clean medicine carts daily
Restock medicine carts
Deep clean medicine carts weekly
Attend staff training
Participate in in-services
Maintain accurate records
Prepare medical charts for admissions
