What They're Looking For.
Must Have
18 years old or older with a high school diploma or GED, Must meet the minimum qualifying score on a Mechanical Aptitude Test, Ability to travel to attend training at one of 3 training sites in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina or Texas for 12 weeks, Basic computer skills, i. e. email, word processing, reading spreadsheets, internet browser basics, Basic troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have
1+ years of experience in basic preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting skills and repair methods of industrial machines, 1+ years of experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical basic components, 1 + years of experience with compressors and pneumatics
