basic mechanical principles, troubleshooting skills, commitment to precision and safety, assembling major structures, performing minor part-fitting operations for spacecraft systems, translating blueprints into mechanical assemblies, precision drilling, using calibrated tools, bonding, troubleshooting, precision cleaning, handling mechanical hardware, general best shop practices, PPE and shop safety requirements, basic equipment setup and maintenance activities, general mechanical aptitude, hand tools/precision tools competency, basic verification/troubleshooting of own work, basic understanding of mechanical assemblies, soldering, harness routing, inspection, in-process testing, structural fabrication, 5S, FOD, and ESD awareness protocols, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, work in restrictive spaces, collaboration with team members to achieve production goals, 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment, intermediate equipment setup and maintenance activities, proficiency in precision cleaning, knowledge of 5S, FOD, and ESD awareness, verification/troubleshooting of own work, proficient understanding of mechanical assemblies, advanced equipment setup and maintenance activities, expertise in precision cleaning, advanced understanding of mechanical assemblies
